Hate to tell you this, but one person on your friend's list has been to the Henson brownstone. I went there several times when I was doing Farscape fiction (that was where the tape library), and the pub party for my novel was held there. *grin*

It is off stage right and there is barely enough room for two people to stand there. The running joke of that show is that they have to hang the chorus in the rafters to make room for the set changes.
