Finally saw Inception

Not quite what I expected, but a good film indeed. It does need to be seen on the large screen for some of the details and the scope of the entire thing. I don’t feel a need to see it again. I was warned to pay careful attention to the first 15 minutes and if I did that, I would understand what was going on. I have to say that it worked.
We took Caroline to the pool so she could swim off her excess energy. She is getting better and better at swimming. It is fun to watch her improve. Also the pool feels really good on a humid day like yesterday.
So between the movie (you do make a 2 ½ hour time commitment) and the pool, I don’t have much more to show except a pile of kneaded clay ready for sculpting.
I want to make a bunch of tiny fedoras for Caroline’s stuff animals.
I am grateful for summer camp for Caroline so she can play with other children her age.

Date: 2010-08-06 10:49 pm (UTC)Only thing was that being that we're hearing impaired - Carrie had to ask Claudia about parts we had difficulty hearing (that was within the first 15 minutes)...but we were able to pick things up as it went along..
Although that ending was interesting...
Story within a story, within a story...great premise...
