Going into NYC to see Riverdance

On St. Patrick's Day. First time seeing it live. Also going to lunch with friends and seeing the Burton exhibit.

I saw either Lord of the Dance or Riverdance on Saint Patrick's day many years ago. (I've seen RD twice, including its NYC debut, and LotD once). Whichever it was, it was AWESOME.

If any of the performers were drunk, it was not at all obvious. I recall noting this at the time, because it really highlighted that stepdancing was invented by people drinking beer at the crossroads.

ETA: Okay, I'm now positive it was LotD, and it was their last night in NYC. I don't know how many people Radio City holds, but I may have been the only sober one, and that strictly by the technicality that I hadn't had anything to drink.
