It is interesting to feel myself starting to return to this time zone. I slept through the night during the night for the first time in a while. (Mom, I used the trick you gave me and it worked like a charm.) This morning I don’t feel as muzzy headed as I have felt other mornings. Today is Election Day and Caroline has off from school which changes how things will be done today.
Peter finished a large project last night and was up most of the night to proof read it. He went to bed very early this morning and I hope will sleep in a bit. I think that he will now work on getting his body clock back in order since he is further out of sync that I was due to all the travel we had over the past two months.
I am current on my NaNoWriMo word count so whatever I do today puts me ahead which is where I really needed to be.
Today is all about clean up from Halloween. This week is paper pick-up and we have quite a bit to put out. I also need to take some stuff to be donated to the library and return our library books. Slowly I am putting things back in order.
I still have to post some pictures from our trip. I think that will be later this week. It is hard to believe that a little over a week ago I was in New Zealand but I have the memories and the photos to prove it.
Now I am hoping for some quite before Thanksgiving which is the beginning of our next Marathon of things we must do which will go through New Years.
I am grateful that I have managed to keep my word count going.
