The Mountain In Front of me is Laundry

puppetmakerI usually do the laundry on Thursday but due to having done it on Sunday last week, I find myself on Saturday wondering where all this clothing was at the end of last week because there is no way that we wore this many clothes in a week. I also have to get all the towels today since there are ones that are hiding in rooms and are taking on a life of their own.
If you want to know more about what a Dotee Doll is, here is a link to the blog of the woman who created them. They are so easy to make but have endless possibilities. The rules for this swap is that you have to make a hand-made charm for the tail. I made mine out of paper clay and then did a watercolor wash for the base color and used my good markers for the pictures.
Mets won but they didn’t deserve to. 13 men left on base. They are 3 for 18 when players are in scoring position. The Nats made some errors that allowed the Mets to win. The bullpen is improved but that’s about it. BoSoxs pulled it out in the 11th. Yankees fans much be pulling out their hair, if they have it, at this point. To say that the Braves are inconsistent is to be kind. I’m not giving up on Baltimore. They are my AL team. My first baseball team and they were the first professional ballgame we went to.
Potato Moon is live on Peter’s site. It has been a scream so far.
So I am off to do some cleaning and climb that laundry and conquer it.
