puppetmaker | Brain Freeze

It got up to 40 the other day. It felt positively balmy. Now we are dropping again so it is going to feel a little nippy for the next couple of days.

This is one of those days that I just can't seem to get two thoughts to shake hands. Peter let me sleep in which was so nice of him. But even with half a cup of coffee in my system, my brain feels like lumpy oatmeal. Maybe another half a cup of coffee might get the synapses fired.

I think laundry and house picking up are in order. Then I need to sort through what I am doing for Farpoint which is coming up fast.

Anyone else going to Broadway Bears?

My sympathies and best job wishes to everyone who was "let go" this week. There was more of a bloodbath in publishing this week along with a lot of the support systems.

I am grateful that my brain might eventually kick in.
