First a Happy Birthday to my niece Genevieve who is now 6 year old!

Second congratulations to the Titans for continuing their run at a complete winning season. That was some 4th quarter.

The weather outside is vicious to put it politely. At least we aren’t getting hit with all the snow.

My tombstones are all over the yard but they are contained right now.

Caroline went to the Doctor yesterday. She has a sinus infection and bronchitis. We are keeping her home today to give the antibiotics a chance to start working but she will be back at school tomorrow.

Ariel is also home with swollen glands and a wicked cough. She has a Doctor’s appointment later.

So far Peter and I seem pretty symptom free but I am not holding my breath.

I am hoping by Halloween, we have this all under control.

Speaking of which , I have a couple of busy days ahead at the school. Tomorrow I am helping with the book fair. Thursday I am helping at the Halloween dance. Friday I am helping with the Halloween party at Caroline’s kindergarten.

I also have to sort comics and finish the costumes.

So off I go on our Halloween marathon!

I am grateful that Caroline has more energy today and seems to breathing easier.

My sympathies on all the family ick. I'm home today, too, with a bit of a cough and general not-feeling-well-ness.

Today is my niece's birthday, also. She's 22.
