The Headache is much Better. Thank You

Well it is not totally gone but the tinnitus is much better and the headache is a dull pain rather than a sharp one. I figure that it soon will be gone. I still don't know what triggered it. I went over everything I ate and drank and what I did and came up with nothing unusual except I had the Octoberfest beer at my usual brew pub and that had been at lunch. So I guess I'll be avoiding that beer. Too bad, it was a tasty brew.
I didn't get much done yesterday. Peter, the wonder husband, picked up the slack and got the things we needed from the store. He took care of the family while I took care of my aching head. We make a good team.
I am putting my resume back together again to send out into the ether to see if I can land a job. There is one that has come up which is an editorial position about a subject I know a lot about in the non-fiction realm. I am applying for that one today and looking to see what else it there for me to put in for. I'm not holding my breath but it would be nice to get something within my skill set that I can do very well.
I am grateful I have a resume to put in.

Isn't it nice to have a partner who picks up slack when you're out for the count? We are both lucky that way, you and I.

Date: 2008-10-17 06:10 pm (UTC)Red wines trigger my husband's migraines, and I never met a white I wasn't indifferent about. So it's back to the single malt, the occasional margarita, or Drambuie. And those not that often. There's something friendly about a couple of beers or glasses of wine with friends that I miss.
