I hope to have a Crafty Month

It started as an idea in a community group I belong to on Live Journal and quickly turned into its own group with its own purpose. We are going to make one craft a day, or a larger item over a series of days, but spend some time on the item each and every day. We are going to post pictures to the group to show what we have done.

This came about due to one crafter complaining that she doesn't participate in the Novel in A Month challenge but wanted to try something like it for crafts. And she set the whole thing up. You can find the group at NaCraMaMo.

Since today is October 1st, I plan to embark on this challenge. No clue what I am going to do yet but I have an idea for something I want to try to do.

Almost got the laundry done. I was so close and yet so far. I have the final load in the washer and one load in the dryer. After that I am done with yet another weeks worth of laundry. I think I am going to start earlier and see if I can get it done in a day.

I also am probably going to dup off another couple of the Jim Henson Hour onto DVD.

I have this wacky idea for a costume for possibly Costume Con probably Farpoint but I have to get on it now. I also need to secure my table at Farpoint for the Art Show. I have some ideas of what I want to do for that. Or maybe I'll go in a totally different direction.

I am grateful for something to get me moving in a crafty direction.

Clever idea, that! I wouldn't make it past Day Two, despite having the best of intentions, but then, I also have the attention span of a monkey on crack. ;)
