And Caroline's Life changes again

Today is Caroline's first day in Kindergarten. I am full of mixed emotions about it. I am happy and excited for her but I am going to miss having her around the house. For the first 5 years and 8 months of her life, she has had both Mommy and Daddy around the house. Now I hand her over to the larger world to teach her and for her to play in without me hovering. I think she is ready for it. I am not quite sure I am.

I am grateful for the time I have had with Caroline so far and look forward to this new adventure with her.

As things change, you'll probably change too and love watching HER change, which I'm thinking will be the coolest thing. It's the one thing sometimes where I reconsider my decision about not having children... you get to "mold" them, then send them out into the world and see what they bring back.
