And Caroline's Life changes again

Today is Caroline's first day in Kindergarten. I am full of mixed emotions about it. I am happy and excited for her but I am going to miss having her around the house. For the first 5 years and 8 months of her life, she has had both Mommy and Daddy around the house. Now I hand her over to the larger world to teach her and for her to play in without me hovering. I think she is ready for it. I am not quite sure I am.

I am grateful for the time I have had with Caroline so far and look forward to this new adventure with her.

Awwww...big girl off to the big K. Yes, as always, the kids do better than mom. Heck, I even still get a bit jittery the first week of school with my big guys (now 12th and 6th grades!) You hope they make it through okay, you hope they have good teachers, and on and on.
