And I may have to mow it soon. This is a far cry from where it was two weeks ago when we came back from Shoreleave. Hard to believe that was two weeks ago. Time seems to move both fast and slow at the same time.

It is at times like this I wish I had either a Timeturner or a TARDIS so I could get more done in a day. I will admit to wasting some time the past couple of days on a video game. But now I have to get some stuff done before Peter gets back and then it is full bore on the materials I need for DragonCon.

I did stay up long enough to watch the Mets lose. 5 hours and 14 minutes of baseball. It went way later than I thought it was going to. The rubber match is this afternoon which will only be a little over 12 hours since they finished the last game. The Yankees seem on a tear right now. Be interesting to see how long they can keep it up. I think the warmer it gets, the further the ball flies. Because I am seeing balls make it to the fence that will probably not get there in October.

I keep meaning to make a list of what I need to do before Toronto and then putting it off. I think today I will stop procrastinating on that and sit down with pen and paper and make the bloody list. I find myself putting things off a lot these days unusually to take care of the more pressing thing that needs to be done.

Not much else happening. Peter went to see Hamlet II last night with some friends of ours. I am waiting to hear how he liked it. He will be home tomorrow and I will be very happy to see him. When he is not here there is a space where he should be that seems rather empty. Ariel has been very helpful with Caroline. She has also been off having fun with her friends in the evening. The bowling alley was saved (I don't know if I reported that) and she went there with her friends last night. I know she is safe there because everyone who works there knows her.

I am grateful that we have the bowling alley.

When Peter gets back, have him take a look at this picture (http://www.flickr.com/photos/8293436@N04/2704921100/in/set-72157606359024083/) and explain what guys in long hair and muscle shirts have to do with promoting Hamlet 2.

And please tell him that it was nice chatting with him at the Random House party.
