Learning the Tooth today I hope

I have yet another appointment with my oral surgeon to check on whether the infection is finally gone or seriously going today. I'm hoping that this one will go better than last weeks. I will say that the tooth is feeling better and I was a good girl and took all my antibiotics in a timely fashion. But we'll see.

Caroline, Peter and I went to the school yesterday so that she could be seen for placement. She did pretty well. We did find out that she doesn't know her birthday or phone number but then we haven't taught her those. I figure by the end of the summer she'll know them. She did know numbers, shapes, and the alphabet. She was also complimented on her rhyming skills and diction. We had a short conversation with the principle as well. Caroline is looking forward to Kindergarten.

The weather is much more pleasant today than it has been in a while. One can go outside without suffering heat stroke. There is also a nice breeze which is making it very enjoyable to be outside which I would not have said yesterday.

I am grateful for more comfortable weather.

Ahhh, kindergarten. I remember taking my teenager to see the school, etc. Now I have to fight him to get off the computer!
