Second Place

We took second. But not because we were bowling badly but the other team just bowled better. We were giving away 20 sticks which is not insurmountable but they were bowling 20 to 60 sticks over their average. I was only bowling 20 over mine. But it was a good end of a good season. We managed to make it through without too many injuries. We have our dinner tonight which is nice.

There are a couple of things I need to do on the computer and then I plan to get back to cleaning. I got quite a bit done yesterday. I think I am going to tackle the big project today. Then whatever I get done is a bonus before I have to pack for our weekend in New Mexico.

My mouth is slowly recovering. As long as I don't smile or blow my nose hard, it doesn't really bother me. I did eat corn on the cob last night and did just fine. Knock on wood that this is the end to that problem.

I am grateful for my daughter's eager and quick mind.

Woot for second! I think it was the trauma of having Jolie-lips that threw off the run for first.
