Sir David has reached his 61st year with most of his brain intact.

Considering what most rockers from his era did, that's pretty darn good.

I salute an artist who has reinvented himself more times than Madonna with a heck of a lot more class.

Your spouse makes you call him Sir David? Ugh.

Probably makes you sharpen his Bowie knife collection too. :-P

*sigh* He's a year younger than Mom. That should make me feel dirty for fantasizing back in the day, but all I can think of is how androgeny is hot.

Was just commenting to someone else that David's on the short list of artists that my husband and I both have deep crushes on.

Bowie has been the soundtrack to almost every major phase in my life. We got to see him at the Area 2 Concert a few years back and I can still hear my hubby squeal when he performed "Ashes to Ashes".

And yes...he is still fantastically hot after all these years.
