I know that I should not be complaining because there are still some sever drought stricken areas in the United States if not the world. I do appreciate the rain. I sincerely do. However, it is the Winter is for Snow not Rain and I would like to see some more of the white stuff drifting through the area. I have noticed that to the East, North (which I expected) and South, they have had snow. We have had little to none and most of it mixed with ice.

The best game so far in the playoffs is the Jaguars vs. the Steelers. That was a game that went down to the wire and had exciting play though out. My hat is off to the Steelers for showing such heart and coming back so strong in the fourth quarter. I know I have a couple of Steelers fans in the group so I'm sorry your team lost and I hope you can take some solace in your teams fight back to being on top. I think it just goes to show how turnovers can just kill your game. Washington tried but the Seahawks wanted it more and looked much better on the field on all fronts.

And speaking of turnovers, the Giants are playing Buccaneers. Eli played mightily the past week and the Bucs have been phoning it in getting ready for this game. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top but I am not counting on the Giants since Eli seems to play his heart out one week and forgets the color of his team's jerseys the next week. I think the Titans will win over the Chargers. I know San Diego has been playing well but I think the Titans want it more.

I am grateful for fun football games to watch where everything is on the line.
