OK personally I think SciFi was smart by showing these back to back since they were one story cut in half. Army of Ghosts is the build but Doomsday is the capper for season.

Yeah I am cutting for spoilers early but I really don't want to accidentally give away some splendid stuff.

I am grateful for 3-D glasses.

OK favorite part of the entire episode for me has to be the smack talk between the Daleks and the Cybermen. That had me rolling on the floor. The amazing thing is both species have monotone voices but you could "hear" the tones in what they were saying.

Saddest part was the end. The last moments between Rose and the Doctor did move me to tears. Both actors did a great job of telling the story with just little looks and vocal inflections which said so much more than the words they were saying.

I'm glad that Jackie got together with Pete. Face it, they were made for each other. The meeting in the tunnel was wonderful.

Now more people understand why I had the puppet of my 10th Doctor wearing 3-D glasses. I had forgotten that this device was not used until the last episode.

Everyone was given something to do in these episodes that was important to the plot. Props to the writers to make Yvonne have a story through out the episode that had a pay-off.

Yeah it was a set up for Torchwood in some ways and a farewell to Rose in others but over all it worked for me.

Does Torchwood take place in that other universe, then? Do we know? Does it matter?
