Today she is a home owner

puppetmakerMy sister Sheila is taking a big step into the world of home ownership as she closes on her condo today. Any positive thoughts, prayers, finger crossing is appreciated. This is a big event for her or anyone who buys a piece of property. I wish her all the luck in the world.
Once she has bought it, she can paint the walls whatever color she wants. She can set up the interior to her liking. She has autonomy that won't have a lease attached to make the space her own and that is a good feeling. I told her that she should move her Nagel in there to claim the place as her own. I am betting that eventually there will be a cat in her life there.
I am grateful that my sister is going to be able to enjoy the thrills of homeownership.
