Got up waaay too early

Caroline came knocking on the door at 5:30AM and wouldn't go back to bed. By the time I had a shot at getting her back to bed, Ariel had to get up for school and the day began. I am hoping that the coffee keeps me coherent today since I have a few things to do and some of it is rather important.
We have had record rain fall for the past day and a half. I think we are getting a short break now before the next wave of rain and possible thunderstorms roll through. I don't do well when the weather conditions are like this. I feel a brain fog that lasts until the weather clears up which looks like it is going to be Wednesday.
Peter and Ariel got back home a little late due to the weather delaying their plane from taking off. They had a good trip and a lot of fun at the convention. They also had a blast at the bowling hall of fame.
I am grateful for the rain. We really needed it.

This weather isn't good for me.
I drove up to Brewster on Wed. and I was on the Bronx River/Sprain Brook yesterday during some of the wet.
Ugh.
Ugh.
Ugh.
I hope you get everything you need to done.
That...and a nap.
:D
