Thank you. Hands had been the biggest bane of my existance followed by feet and lips. Wendy made a comment that she noticed I tend to sculpt square where I should be thinking round and round where I am thinking square. Next year if I go I promised Wendy I would have a try at creating the female figure since my previous two have been male.

Heather said that it would probably be around this time next year since it works out best for Wendy's schedule. I take it that you have set a date? it was a little liquid last time I talked to you about it. Of course with the LUnacy at LunaCon I think we said maybe 12 words to each other except the party after the masquerade. Wendy had a hip replacement done and is moving much better than she was a year ago.

Well Heather (who did the cat sculpture last time) said that it does well enough that they will keep the course as long as Wendy is willing to teach it so 2008 is a real possibility if you can't do it in 2007 and since you have done the course I believe you stay on the advance list before the general public gets a crack.

Wendy declared him "wise" and I guess I can see it. He looked a lot more goofy before he got his hair and then he settled down into his character. Wendy leads a guided meditation before we start to sculpt to help us look for ideas from within. He was the critter I saw both times but the first time the sculpt went a different direction. This time I got him out of my head and into this world.

Those all look absolutely amazing. Can I ask what materials were used?

The body is armiture wire covered in paper tape and wrapped in quilting batting with a streach fur over the whole body. The hands and feet were made out of Fimo (a polymere clay) and the head out of super sculpy with tin foil "skull" to help the shape and keep the weight in the head down. The clothes were scraps of cloth and leather and funfur.
