I'm Barbara Walters and this is 2020
Jan. 1st, 2020 09:58 amWe were watching the Dick Clark Rockin’ New Years Eve last night. Caroline was thrilled that her favorite group BTS were going to be performing. After the ball dropped, ABC showed a series of clips of Barbara Walters doing her intro for 2020. So that was gotten out of the way within the first minute of the new year.
I had a number of friends going to either Roaring 20’s parties or Gadsby parties with the fashion of the times. I have some very clever friends and some awesome seamstresses in my friend circle. I also had a number of friends who reached the age were staying home and watching the ball drop was all the excitement they needed for the evening.
I hope y’all had a nice New Year’s Eve.
I have decided not to resolve to do anything this year. I plan to just pick up the list from the end of last year and keep moving forward.
The gym is going to be a bit tricky the next six weeks as people come in to workout for their resolution. I have to find the quiet spot in the day to go.
Today is going to be pretty quiet. I want to play around with a puppet pattern to see what I can do with it.
I am going to try to do some form of an entry a day here. I have no idea how long I can keep it up, but I am going to give it my efforts.
I am grateful for a quiet beginning to the year.
