This is one of the reasons that professionals go to San Diego ComicCon. They go to find work and it might be work in a new arena for them. Peter was approached by the Mustards to write the script for Shadow Complex at San Diego. It sounded interesting and he hadn’t done one of those yet so he decided to give it a try.
Talk about hitching your horse to the right wagon. Not only was the game a critical and financial success, but last night on Spike TV the game was given a Video Game award for best downloadable video game. I am so proud of my husband and for the team at Chair Entertainment Group at coming up with a game that has done so well for all of them.
And who knows, it might lead to other work in the gaming industry for him. Not a bad thing to have yet another avenue for his writings.
Not much else going on here. Caroline and I are going to decorate (well finish decorating) the outside of the house today and start making some stuffed animals to be given as presents this holiday season. I think, looking at the weather, we are going to pretty much stick to home today. Cold rain doesn’t make me want to travel very far.
