I have to explain to Caroline why she is off from school the next two days since she has just gotten the hang of weekends.

So those of you who are banking at Wachovia are soon to be banking at Citi Bank. Which makes the big three Bank of America, Chase, and Citi. It is going to be interesting to see how this all shakes out but right now is not the best time to be in banking I think.

"Shea it ain't so" and "Nothing Left to Shea" are only a few of the clever headlines I have seen this morning. The Mets blew it again. They had their chance and we, yet again, watch the Marlins play spoiler. But it was not that the Marlins won more that the Mets lost and lost big. They had their chances all week to pull ahead and just couldn't get the job done.

Jets had an impressive win yesterday. When they get it together, they are really good this year. I am still dubious about Farve but I am willing to watch.

I am grateful for rain at night so we don't need raincoats during the day.
