FanExpo Canada Day 1
Aug. 23rd, 2008 08:02 amThe people who run this convention are very good at it. We could get questions answered and problems solved quickly and efficiently. After getting our badges, we found Peter's table in Artist Alley and set up.
Caroline lasted until about 3:30 but then just didn't want to hang around the convention anymore so Ariel and I took her back to the hotel room. I went back to the convention while Ariel took some time on the Internet and Caroline just took some time to play. Peter had a number of autographing and he signed pretty consistently through out the day. His last obligation was a panel on the X-books which was a Q &A where they got a lot of really good questions.
Today I think is going to be more about the city rather than the convention for Caroline and me. We have been given some good places to go and do things that she would be interested in.
I will say that we have been getting our exercise in. Toronto is very pedestrian friendly.
I am grateful for a well run convention.
