Smelly Cat?
Jan. 9th, 2007 10:43 amApparently the noxious smell that covered a majority of Manhattan originated in Bayonne New Jersey. Or so they think. After going through all the other possibilities and a lot of agencies saying that they had nothing to do with it, this is the current theory. Now there was not a lot of wind yesterday morning so the smell lingered for a while. Of course there are reports of all kinds of things which of the news media locally did a frenzy on pushing up the panic level. I like Peter's quote from Mystery Men that he used when hearing about all the agencies saying that it was not them, "He who smelt it, dealt it." Any way it seems to be a big fuss about nothing.
I, of course, have a million and three things to do today. So I am going to start with the most urgent and work my way as far in the last as we can.
I am grateful I didn't smell that smell yesterday.
