RTBTCKI the 2006 Holiday Edition

Well actually I am on the second cup and the brain did wake up so technically this is Random Thoughts AS the Coffee Kicks In but why change a classic title?

I got the Holiday Decorations up outside and put them on this really cool sensor so they go on at dusk and off a dawn. Now I just have to get the other side to blink and we'll be set. I went simple this year but will probably add to it next year. Peter took Caroline outside to see the lights on the house and Caroline said, "Santa Claus can see the lights!" meaning that Santa can now find our house because we have lights out front.

Special note to my Mom-the Fromanizer is in Caroline's room and she loves it. She was pointing it out to the cats last night.

I stocked the larder again. Last week was getting ready for the party and then hosting the party in terms of food. This week was more of what have we run out of. Was the party a week ago? Where did the time go?

Peter, Caroline and I watched the video of her birthday party this morning. Caroline gave us a running commentary about the proceedings as we watched. She referred to herself in the third person and all I could think was great I have a budding Cerebus on my hands (obscure comic book reference).

The weather is turning warmer again. We are looking at the 50s for next week. Winter seems to be holding off for a bit. Makes me wonder what January is going to be like.

I have finished one Fluzzie and have a couple more to go. I hope to have the next two out by Monday afternoon.

Next on my list is to finish my angel for my secret santa swap. I know a couple of things I want to put in to the package for my swap partner.
