Mid Ohio Con Day 1

The convention has been fun so far. I have seen both of Peter's panel and the dealers room. Not a big convention but a lot of people so far. Peter had a line that stayed pretty much the same length the entire time he was signing. Ariel and I took Caroline to met Santa. Needless to say it didn't go too well. I wished there had been family in front of us so Caroline could see what she needed to do. She didn't want to sit in Santa's lap much less get her picture taken. We got a great shot of Caroline looking like she wanted to be anywhere else. The Santa was a great sport about the whole thing and he really looked the part.

Caroline fell asleep on our way back to the hotel. We deposited her behind Peter's table and Ariel and I went to the mall on our own. We did a lot of window shopping but I did get her this body wash that smells like hot chocolate and hand cream that smells like marshmallows. I managed to avoid Barnes &Noble. Today Ariel wants to take Caroline to make a doll at the sister store to Build A Bear called Friends to be Made. We need to pack up for the journey back home and then make that journey.

I am grateful for restaurants that have seating available rather than a 90 min. wait.
