Most Happy Information
It is a very good show and the first production for this company. I am proud to be a part of it. I'll be the person behind the scenes calling the cues.
To Jets Fans, be careful what you wish for as the old saying goes. One of my guilty pleasures is listening to Sport Talk Radio. Here in New York I tune into 660 aka The Fan. In Atlanta I was a talk radio junkie listening to 770. I can't tell you the number of times I found myself yelling at the Radio because of Neil Bortz. In Atlanta there is not a decent all sports radio station. Here the talk is much meaner and I can't find a station I like except 660. I like hearing the speculation and backseat managing of not only New York teams but most of the leagues. When Piazza came to the Mets there was the howl from the fans that he wasn't gonna fit in and he was going to be a showboater. Since then he has become beloved by the fans. Last week Chad was getting about half praise and half blame. The week before the chat was "Why do we have this guy?" Well your worries are over since Chad is out for the year and possibly his career. Your backup which you were grousing about is gone too. You are down to your 3rd string quarterback. If the Jets break even this year I will be amazed.
We had a good rainstorm last night. It is much cooler this morning with sunshine making it a crisp fall day. The lawn really needed that kind of soaking rain as did the trees which have been looking a bit droopy. Caroline and I start her next to the last set of Mommy and Me classes. They are for 6 months to 3 years. She'll turn 3 in December so I think we are going to look for a preschool for her next fall. This is all dependant on her development of course. Recently she has been getting mad at Mommy for taking things away from her that she is not using properly after being warned if she didn't stop then the object was going to go away. She is learning that if she stops the behavior then the object stays in her possession.
I found the materials I thought was going to be hardest to find for my Farpoint Costume. I need to start looking for Ariel's too. Of course I have Halloween before that. Then I start on Shoreleave that if I can pull it off, it will be one of the best costumes I have ever done. My one costume that I would like to do but is a long term project is The Storyteller from the series The Storyteller. The coat is what would take me so long. It is a patchwork of illustrations from folktales that were quilted together to create this magnificent coat. The hair, make-up, and Dog would take some time too. Maybe for Costume Con if I ever can work it out so I can go.
I am grateful for buckram.
