A sunny morning this morning which is a first in a couple of days. The temperature is crisp but pleasant. When it warms up this afternoon I will probably take Caroline to her favorite playground and let her stretch her legs. She has figured out how to dribble a soccer ball to keep it moving and there is a large field she can practice that in. Practice is probably too strong a word but I know she enjoys making the ball go forward. Another game she likes at this playground is catch with a twist. She stands at the bottom of the slide and puts her knees on the edge. I place the ball at the top of the slide and say “Ready?” She raises her arms and says “Go!” I release the ball down the slide and she catches it with lots of baby giggles. She brings the ball back to me and runs back to the bottom of the slide. I think back a year ago and she had just mastered walking. Now I have to run to keep up with her sometimes.

I want to be cleaning by Monday. I have a few projects I am finishing up this week(end) and Saturday is New York is Book Country. I really like that festival. We’ll probably backpack Caroline because she gets upset in tight crowds unless she is up high. The street fair is on Saturday this year rather than Sunday. You can get all the information at www.nyisbookcountry.com/index.html. For all you Sandman Fans, one of the posters is Death and Dream reading books. I think you can order the poster online but they won’t ship internationally. I am going to try to pick one up at the fair.

I am grateful for 3M 74 Foam Adhesive Spray.
