puppetmakerToo much to do and no time to do it in before we open Friday. Fortunately the lighting designer has a Zen-like attitude towards the chaos around him. I have done this so many times I know we will be fine by Friday especially since we did a line through last night and they very rarely called for line at all and those they called for they knew but just needed a hint.
Yes I am a masochist on a diet (Obscure Science Fiction reference). I signed up for NaNoWriMo again. I will be giving that novel that has been sitting since the last NaNoWriMo and finish it. I do have an outline and I will be working on it starting in November. This time I think I not be silly and do Art by the Inch as the same time and then again maybe I will.....Stay tuned.
Halloween is on the horizon. My neighbors are already decorating their houses. I will get to ours after I get to Sunday. Also I have some Halloween costumes to do for the children.
There are certain sites that I use a variation on my name(s) because they swear that they don't sell the names to advertisers but I have my doubts. When the name pops up in spam, I know exactly where they got the name. I have complained to the group in question especially since it was a scam and spam. Let's see if I get a response.
Right now I am just trying to survive to Sunday or rather Monday because I am planning on being unconscious Sunday to make up for a lack of sleep and a lot of stress. In some ways I handle stress better now that I am older. For one thing it doesn't tend to outward manifestations when others are around. Also a lot of things that use to have me stressed just don't any more. Maybe part of it is that I have had other things happen in my life which pointed up how trivial things that use to stress me are. The old phrase this too shall pass makes much more sense to me now then it did then.
I am grateful for changes in attitude.
