It's Too Darn Hot

puppetmakerWe are going to a viewing tonight. One of our neighbors passed away this week and the viewing is today. She was a great lady and will be missed by the entire neighborhood. She thought Caroline was a wonderful child.
Peter and Ariel have a bowling clinic today to work on their games. Caroline and I will find something to do indoors today since the weather is still oppressively hot. It is a case of "it ain’t the heat it’s the humidity" that is making it feel like you are swimming when you walk outside. The weather forecasters keep giving us hope that the break is going to come soon and the next day apologizing that they are wrong and it is going to be a bit longer. We have had some scattered Thunderstorms which appear and disappear just as quickly giving us more humidity rather than relief from the heat. We are on another scatter severe weather advisory for today. Caroline wants to go out until she does go out and then she wants to go back in.
I am going to try to get some pictures up today from our July and August travels. I might or might not succeed. I also want to continue on the Living Room. I have taken to picking up the section I have already cleaned and then moving onto the next section. I am going to take some time out and work in a mask I want to make for DragonCon. No costumes for DragonCon this year. I am not that insane to add that to everything else we are trying to do also we are flying so there is less space for costumes.
I am grateful that I knew Marion. She was the definition of a Good Neighbor.
