Either Peter or I get up with Caroline in the morning to make her breakfast and see her off on her day.

The agreement is that if one of us is awake at 6, they will get up even if it is not their ‘day’.

This morning I awoke about 5 and could not get back to sleep so I got up with Caroline and then watched the sun rise with the cats. This morning all four joined me as I watched the light go from predawn to sunrise. There is some cloud-cover so the colors were rather breath taking. I think my favorite place to watch a sunrise is on a beach but this was good too.

I have made my list for the day and had to alter it within the first 15 minutes of writing it.

Now the cats are more spread out to their usual morning nap positions.

I have a few things I need to do on the computer and then I will get to those things that need to be done here.

I am grateful for beautiful sunrises.
