We got to Epcot earlier than we had gotten to the Magic Kingdom. Didn’t matter. The lines were slammed with people trying to get into the park. The reason? Magic Kingdom had reached capacity at 9:30 AM and they were directing people to Epcot as an alternative. We managed to get in but it was a bit of a challenge. Peter and I had agreed to him taking Caroline to the Living Sea and I would take Ariel to Sushi in Japan.

He and Caroline had a lot of fun. She watched the fish for a long time and played with the water in the manta ray pool. She came out to find a large Nemo swimming around the park. Peter got video of her encounter with the fish. It is really cute. She fell asleep from sheer exhaustion with her head resting on her father’s shoulder.

I took Ariel to World Showcase and we had a nice talk about stuff. We then had lunch at a table with a family from upstate New York. It was a fun lunch. I came out to find that my cell phone was not working and I couldn’t get in touch with Peter. It finally started working again when I got to the American pavilion (fancy that). We hooked back up in Germany at the Toy Store. Peter and Ariel tried for the Norway ride but there was an hour wait to get in. Now this tells me how crowded the park is. First off no one seems to know that there is a ride in Norway and second there is never a line for the ride. Mexico was apparently as bad. So we walked back to the front of the park and came back to our Hotel for a little rest.

We had a nice dinner and then Ariel and Peter went off to the Adventurers Club so that Ariel could see the Holiday show which she had never seen before. They went early so they could catch the first shows of the evening. I sat down with Caroline and played with Mrs. Potato head for about an hour before we settled down to watching Shreck. Amazingly the DVD player didn’t spit it out. She settle enough for me to put her to bed at much closer to her bed time that she has gone to sleep in a while.

I am tired of coughing. My throat feels like a open wound and every time I cough or sneeze. I am tired of sniffing and snorting. I want to feel normal again. I don’t think I have felt normal since November.

I am grateful to all cough drop manufactures.

My favorite thing about Epcott was the ride called The Land. Jason and I affectionaly dubbed Epcott as "F"cott, as in f*** you, give us your money. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with anything in the Disney compound, probably becasue we're adults and it wasn't as educational as I had hoped for?? I don't know, whats your overall impresion thus far?

Well we are Disney Junkies so we can find fun in all things mouse. They are changing the format for Epcot so that there are now arts and crafts stations for children at just about every show and ride. So in World Showcase they make these masks then take them around and get stamps and other things to add to the mask. Then in Epcot they have crafts based on the learning thing you are suppose to learn while on the ride. So they have made it much more kid friendly. I being a Muppet Junkie went to Muppets in 3-D which is the last time Jim voiced Kermit before he died. We then did a number of kiddie oriented thing for Caroline like "bear in the big blue house" and Little Mermaid. Magic Kingdom all we really did was a the Carousel but it was wall to wall people.
