RTBTCKI if it fits I sits edition

This is Fig’s new thing. She sits in small boxes and she barely fits or doesn’t fit but she acts like she has all the room in the world. We call it “if it fits I sits”. That cat loves sitting in boxes and on towels. She will push the towel around until it is the size of her body and then sit on top of it.
It is suppose to get up to the mid 60s today. Might have to open some windows and let the stale house get some air. Unless we get another arctic blast, I think that was one of the mildest winters in a while. Almost makes up for last years snow and deep freeze.
But we do have that stupid Daylight Savings time in which we lose an hour’s worth of sleep for no reason that makes sense anymore. My compromise on this would be to go back to the Last Sunday in April and First Sunday in October where I will not be worrying about my daughter walking in the dark to get to school. I don’t need day light at 8 pm.
Today I am going to make the clams for the Little Mermaid and then, except repairs, I have done my obligations for the school play. I think I impressed some of the other parents with what I can do. I have a feeling I might be call upon for some other projects that might actually pay me.
Living with the writer of stuff sometimes I forget that I can write too and I am pretty doggone good at it. On occasion someone reminds me that I do know what I am doing as a wordsmith. I just should trust my abilities more.
When everyone is going to the gym consistently, we have more laundry so it’s laundry day today.
All the cats are napping now having had their breakfast.
Well off to make clams and do laundry.
I am grateful for Neosporin and other things that heal cuts.
