Along with some other photos and stuff which I am going to put behind a cut since this is gonna get big I think.
But before the cut, here is a picture of Caroline’s First Day of School outfit for her first day of Middle School.

(For the VI: This is Caroline in her first day of school outfit. She is standing in front of a tree. Her dress is grey on top and blue green with white polka dots. She is wearing a grey sweat jacket and a pink backpack.)

My puppeteers for the Slam. I am grateful to each and every one of them.
(For the VI these are my five puppeteers from left to right Valerie with Iron Man on her arm. Behind her is Jamie with Captain America. Next to Jamie is John with Phil Colson. Next to John is Rachel with Loki #1. In front of Rachel is Cheralyn with Loki #2 aka Well Dressed Loki. Next to Cheralyn is Melissa with Loki #3 or Crazy Loki)

All the Puppets for the Loki Sketch.
(For the VI: These are all the puppets that were in the sketch piled up on some chairs. From left to right we have Iron Man, Loki #2, Frost Giant Loki, Loki #3,Fury, Black widow, Captain America, Bruce Banner, Shield Grunt, Thor, Loki #1, Hawkeye, Colson, and Maria Hill in her Shield outfit)

Lee Arenberg had to get a selfie with Rumple and Mr. Gold. Then we staged (restaged?) some scenes of Rumple strangling Grumpy.
(For the VI: this is a photo of the actor Lee Arenberg from Pirates and Once Upon a time and many many other roles as well. On his right is my Rumplestilskin puppet and on his left my Mr. Gold puppet.)

My POV on a panel about Anti-Heroines
(for the VI: This is the audience for a panel I was on. In the foreground is the charity bear I was taking pictures of all weekend.)
Yes, I do have a video of Loki. No, I haven’t put it up yet. Soon.
Yes, I am still grooving on talking to Terry Gilliam. It was an amazing experience.
No, I am not totally unpacked yet but I am getting there. Today is about larder and laundry.
Yes, I am going to take what I learned at Dragon Con and the feelings that it engendered and do something great with it.
Yes, we will be back for Dragon Con next year.
I am still sorting some things out that happened this past weekend and I know that there are a couple of things that I have to change.
The beginning of today was all about Caroline’s first day at Middle School and the ending of the day will be the same. The middle is about recovery from DragonCon. Peter is recovering from con-crud. I seem to have avoided it so far.
I would also like to thank Head Honcho Pat Henry, the magnificent Regina, the lovely Rachel, Beau and the Puppetry Track Crew (love y’all), Lee and the Costuming Track Crew (love y’all too), Bev and the YA crew (love and we don’t do enough together), Tony (who I saw too little of), and all those staff and volunteers who I interacted with. Y’all are what makes Dragon Con great!
I am grateful for all the experiences I had to Dragon Con.
