New York is Book Country

puppetmakerOne part of four-part project done next the doll I owe for a doll swap. I have a great idea in my head that is starting to translate into cloth. Then I clean the house for the visitors next weekend for the Bat Mitzvah. Today is my day to go to “New York is Book Country”. I always find something interesting there or meet an author that I have read for years.
Once we get past next weekend I can start decorating the house for Halloween/Samhain. Peter and I discussed the Hogwarts Idea and I need to price it out. I think I can do it pretty cheaply. The exterior of the house needs a bit of dressing up as well. I will probably put the gentlemen and weird lighting up in Ariel’s room. Have to get some use for all the puppets around the house. I would pull out my Nightmare Before Christmas stuff to decorate this year but I know Caroline will try to take possession of them. If it is a stuff animal and within her reach, then it must belong to her.
I am grateful for my hands and what I can do with them.
