puppetmakerTo keep myself honest, 27 days to DragonCon! Ahhhhhhhhhhh! (with my best Kermit flail).
I didn’t get much done yesterday. Mostly cleaning up from the previous project so today is all about getting a bunch of things started. Glue needs a day or so set up properly. This part is assembly line kind of stuff. I also need to pull out my clay and work on heads in the evening so I can have two things going at once and one doesn’t need the sewing machine.
So let me see if I got this straight, A-Rod has been warned before to stay away from illegal high-stake poker game but he continues to go to them? And he could be suspended from baseball for this behavior? I think A-Rod has a problem that he is not admitting to.
Football is sorting out now. We have a pretty good idea where everyone is going. And what the heck is going on with Farve and the Dolphins? I know that they are desperate but they can’t be THAT desperate. If all teams don’t offer him a contract, maybe he’ll stay retired.
Fashion from Pet Supplies was interesting. Let’s keep discussion of the winner and loser out of the comments. I know a couple of people who won’t be seeing it until this weekend due to work. I will say that had to be the most diverse use of pee pads I have ever seen.
I have had to teach/train Fig NOT to play with the pin cushions or sit on the ironing board. We’re doing OK with that but not perfect. There is a lot of materials that she wants to play with but she can’t. I have had to play Lock up the Cats more than usual and it is not just her.
So today is reset mind day and move onto puppetland.
OH! I am in need of two puppeteers for the puppetry slam on Sunday night. Anyone want to give it a go? We are recreating “If You were Takei”.
