Pain in the Foot Again

puppetmakerYep, I managed to irritate the tendon in my foot and it is in a world of pain. It was one of these cases that I don't know how I did it just that it happened and it hurts.
This puts the kybosh on a bunch of activities I was going to do today since they all involve walking which is not very comfortable today. Nor is just sitting right now. *sigh*
This also may limit my time at I-Con this weekend due to the pain in my heel.
I have an appointment this afternoon but I don't think there can be much beyond the PT exercises that I have already been doing.
I am grateful that I can walk even if it is an effort.
