FYI the four you haven't seen are all available on netflix if you have it, that is how I've been catching up. I should have 'Changeling' arriving today and then I'll have seen all the acting nominees.
I agree with your actor assessments completely, I don't think Langella is going to get it but I think he should.
As for the actresses I think that Anne Hathaway had a showy part in her movie, but I was more impressed with the woman playing her sister. I wish Kate Winslet had been nominated for 'Revolutionary Road' instead, but on the strength of the two performances I think she should get it.
Supporting actress is wide open. I have trouble even picking a favorite because they were all so good.
