Well Broadway reached an accord yesterday so the shows might be open as early as tonight.
As to the WGA, unfortunately a bunch of my information comes from the WGA through my husband and that is not necessary out in public. http://www.wgaeast.org/ and http://www.wgawest.org/ are good sources of information from the writers POV.
