It is amazing what you can find when you move bookshelves. A number of years ago I bought a really nice yardstick that vanished. I thought it had vanished somewhere into my studio but moving the bookshelves caused it to re-appear. I also found cards from a card deck we tossed because it was missing so many cards and tons of hair ties for which I have an explanation since the cats think all hair ties are cat toys.

I hope everyone who got hit with that winter snowstorm in the mid-west is OK. That looked like a nasty one. All we got was slightly colder temperatures and a lot of wind. Last night at points it sounded like a freight train was going down our street.

Off to go out with Caroline and run some errands today.
