Farpoint 2020 The Beginning

We are here at the Hunt Valley Inn like we have been for over 20 years, This time for Farpoint which is a Star Trek convention that expanded beyond just Star Trek. This weekend they have a number of actors from the TV series the Orville talking about that and other projects they have worked on.

There are authors here to talk about the process of writing and the like. Crazy 8 Panel is Saturday.

Costumers are here talking about cosplay and giving demos about how to make various things.

Fans to talk about the things that they love.

In short a convention.

I have a book signing at 10 on Friday and The Doctor’s Report Card Saturday at 4 pm. I have also set up to hand off a puppet to its new owner.

I got everything in the art show I said I was going to bring. No new puppets for me but I have some of the old standards that I like to play with. I think those puppets are next after I clean up after this round.

I really like what I did for my art show set up. Photos at some point probably next Tuesday.

Overall I am quite happy with where I am. Now some time to relax and see some friends.
