I didn’t get up for the preshow but I do have it on now and it has been lovely. I remember watching Diana and Charles getting married back in the day. I love the dress but wonder how much of a headache the veil is going to give her at that length. Very lovely wedding.
We saw Deadpool yesterday. Unspoiled short review, my sides hurt I was laughing so hard. There are two scenes in the credits but stay for the last song. NOT FOR CHILDREN! This one has more body parts and potty humor than the first one. If you liked the first Deadpool film, you are going to love this one. If you hated the first Deadpool film, then let me point out that Avengers and Black Panther are both still in theaters and probably have seats available by this point. And it goes by fast. Blink and you will miss something.
We had some things happen in the past couple of days that have put our summer a bit up in the air. We are going to do the beach week with my parents but the time around that is a bit murky. Hoping that this week we can get things sorted out.
Yes, we will be at Phoenix Comic Con this next weekend. Come on by and say hi. I don’t know if I will have a puppet or two or not. Still working that out.
It is a rainy day today. Let’s see if we can do our evening activity or not.
Once Upon a Time aired its last new episode and it was pretty satisfying. Would I have liked to see a few more characters in the corners? Sure, but I don’t think that the actors were available. As to the story of Rumplestilskin and Belle, it was the only way it could have really ended and I think that was pretty much how it was going to end. I knew that Robert Carlyle had agreed to just one more season and that was the end of it. They set up how Rumple was going to go out if it went to Season 8 but it didn’t so they took him out another way. The writers knew halfway through the season that it was the last one so they were able to write an ending rather than leaving us on a cliffhanger. Honestly the end of Season 6 was very satisfying as well and was the point that a lot of people left the series, which is probably why it didn’t get picked up.
I think I know what today is going to be so now to make it work.
I am grateful that I had seven seasons of Once Upon a Time to watch.
