I am asking where is it? We got one lovely day and now back into feeling the cold rolling off the windows. Also yet another bought of April Showers are slated for today. I guess the upside is that it is not snow.

We saw Captain America: The Winter Solider yesterday since Monday was the Marvel Screening and we didn’t go for several reasons. I will allow spoilers in the comments but I am going to keep it spoiler free here. Overall I think it is one of the better Marvel movies. It was a really good spy thriller that happened to have Superheroes in it and even then there were only a couple that had real powers. The others were basically really fit human beings with some augmentation. There were twists and turns. Some I expected and others I didn’t. The ticking clock was done well and they made a film that stands on its own but fits into what they were doing. There are two Easter eggs in this one. One after the first set of credits and the other at the end. I enjoyed them both. So good acting all a round. Does need to be seen on the Big Screen because I think the fights are going to get very muddy on smaller screens. I don’t feel the 3-D urge although some of the fights would be kickass in 3-D.

This weekend is going to be a close to home weekend. I am not feeling the urge to travel at all. The larder is stocked for the next couple of days. I have enough fabric to choke a horse that needs to be turned into things. Caroline has things to play with. Peter has writing to do and a video game he needs to play. Yes my husband plays video games as part of his work.

I am grateful for things that get done in a timely fashion.
