But not as cold as it is in upstate New York. There is talk about rain/snow Tuesday and Wednesday but right now it looks like it is going to clear up for Thursday. Crossing my fingers that is how it is going to go down.
Still grooving on the Day of the Doctor. Any episode that stays with me for more than 24 hours is either a really good one or a really bad one. This is in the good category.
Hoping that it is going to warm up a bit since I have cat boxes to clean today and I really prefer to do that outdoors.
Actually cleaning is the word of the day for the next week or so since Caroline is having a sleep over party with three of her little friends next week for her birthday. Where did the year go?
This Thanksgiving is going to be slightly different since I am incredibly thankful that I will be still celebrating it with my husband who is pretty much back to normal.
I discovered how much I apparently grind my teeth at night when I didn’t have my mouth-guard the other day and woke up with a splitting headache. I also have to watch that I don’t clench my jaw during the day.
I want to see a fanvid of Captain Jack Harkness set to Chumbawumba’s Tubthumping. Although I hear there is one with the Doctors regenerating. I figure there is enough footage of Barrowman drinking and Jack dying that it should be a snap.
Yes I am currently on a Doctor Who kick but I was sad that there wasn’t an episode of Once Upon a Time this week. I want Rumple back.
Speaking of Doctor Who, if you are a fan and haven’t seen Peter Davison’s video entitled The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot give yourself the half hour to watch it. It is brilliant and everyone was such good sports about the whole thing. And, if the vid is to be believed, we got every living Doctor in the special except Eccleston who is suffering from a severe case of Nimoy syndrome. Remember that Nimoy got over his.
This week I am putting up a posting on Peter’s site about books for sale. We figure we would move what we have left of the inventory from conventions this year so we can start anew next year. He will sign and, if wanted, personalize books in time for the holidays.
My cat is looking at me funny.
