There was an off-Broadway musical called “Return to the Forbidden Planet” that I dearly love to this day. It loosely follows the plot of the Tempest and Forbidden Planet. At the point that everything is going nuts because of the unleashing of the invisible monster that is killing everyone, one of the characters screams,” Beware the Ids that March.” That play isn’t done often enough.

OK today is March 15th and it is really the Ides of March. Yesterday was Pi Day. I didn’t have any pie. In fact I didn’t have much of anything due to stomach issues for a second day. It was OK at the beginning of the day but the end of the day was not fun. So I am going to take it gently and meat free today since we are still in lent.

Caroline let Peter post her essay I talked about on his site. If you care to read it, you can find it here . We talked about it last night and she agreed that she was willing to share it with the world because of the fact that her potty training was discussed in Captain Marvel. Just so you know, all I did was correct some grammar the words were hers.

Today is a combination of things that involved quite a bit of driving. It needs to be done and it will be done.

Caroline has found a body spray that she likes which smells like a version of cotton candy. It doesn’t seem to be triggering any of my allergies which is a good thing.

I am trying to understand the rules for the World Baseball League. Is the USA out or still in if they can beat Puerto Rico? Either way we felt sorry for Dickey who threw a gem and the closer couldn’t close it which probably feels too normal for him.

We are tentatively going to be at SDCC this year. An opportunity showed up that I think might make it possible if all the pieces fall into place.

I get concerned when I read about concussions and then think about the number of blows I have taken to the head over the years. The only plus I have is that I had an MRI that showed things pretty much look normal as of 10 years ago.

I am grateful for Caroline’s ability to express herself.
