Changing Gears
Aug. 17th, 2010 10:25 amI have been stymied in my current project for several reasons including having to order some materials that I thought I had, but I didn’t. That and I have been spending time with my family which we all needed to do. Especially since Summer is almost over for the girls and they will be back in school.
So today I am going onto another project and a set that I can do and do well. By the time I am done with them, I’ll have the missing pieces for the other project and will be getting back to them.
Resetting my noggin so I can go back to the thing that I am feeling uncomfortable with right now is the best way I know to give me a fresh perspective on the whole project.
I know I can do this. I just have to get over the “it has to be perfect” hump and work with what my hands can make from the pictures in my head.
I am grateful for family time.
