It is finally warm enough to open the window and the cats are really enjoying sitting in it and sniffing the world outside. Squirrels are teasing them by running up on the porch rails and chittering at them. Even with that, the cats are loving it.

Caroline got to wear one of her spring dresses with a sweater over it and she was so happy. She wanted to wear this dress since she picked it out in the store which was back in January. So she feels very fashionable today and I am comfortable with the length of the dress.

Today is going to be a mix of work and working at cleaning. I have a project I want to get finished and one that I want to start. One of those mix days. I got a bit of a late start but Peter took care of getting Caroline ready for school today. My husband even braided her hair into a nice braid. All I had to do was walk her to the bus stop.

My brain feels like it is moving kind of slow today. Yesterday I was running a low fever which I didn't do anything for because I figured I wanted the fever to kill whatever was causing the fever. Today I am not feverish but I feel like a wrung out dish rag. So I am moving a bit below my regular pace today. I see a lot of water drinking in my future along with some serious coffee consumption.

I am grateful for e-mails with possibly good career news. Now let's hope for real good career news.
