FoolsCap 11 Day 3 and the beginning of the trip home

Sunday was another nice day. Caroline played with her new convention buddies. Peter did panels. I got to see the art show and talk to some people I met here. We even picked up a couple of nice things in the auction.

This has been a very nice experience and I highly recommend FoolsCap to everyone who loves to read. No media here other than tangentially. They have as their motto “Flat Stuff; Funny Hats.” However a lot of people attending have ties to the electronic gaming industry one way or another so I learned a lot about that topic as well.

This morning I managed to pack everything up for the trip home. It was a near thing too. But we managed it. I can be very clever when I pack. And in half an hour we start our journey home with a trip to the airport.

I am grateful to all the people who made our trip so nice.
