Which is one up from a gully washer. We just had a rather fierce storm move through the area. The rain was coming down in buckets. I checked the basement to make sure that the one wall that seeps when we get really saturated wasn't wet. So far the answer is no. About five minutes ago the rain finally stopped and I am watching the clouds break up and the hint of sunlight is there as well. I don't think I'll be watering the lawn today or tomorrow or even possibly the next day. Water is draining thanks to a really good storm drain system in the area.

I got one thing done and another well on its way to being done. A couple hours work will do well for the conclusion of my part of this doll swap. Then I am going to make the frames for the dolls I am doing for DragonCon. I have an idea for something kind of cool but I want to see if I can work it out more in my head. I also need to start creating the materials for my demo for DragonCon and work out a new puppet for the Star Wars children's hour. We did paper bag Wookies and finger-puppet droids last year. I plan to take pictures this year.

Off to be creative after a little cleaning up.

I am grateful for the rain even when it shows up all at once.

I know how much this equipment cost and believe me it was a lot.

Please pass it around and maybe we can help them find it again
